The system benefits both our team and residents with quick access to accurate, legible, and complete demographic and medical information.
Our services include: 24-hour care managers, medication management by certified med care managers, licensed nurses—on call 24/7, care planning reviews and scheduled health & wellness evaluations. MorningStar also partners with EmpowerMe Wellness, a leader in providing therapy services to senior living communities, to help residents maintain their independence as long as possible. Residents have onsite access to wellness programs and personal training as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
